How to make coco jam

Ingredients:

400g Palm Sugar
1 large can coconut milk
2 pandan leaves, roughly tied together

Procedure:

Using a sauce pan add all the ingredients.
Melt the palm sugar using low heat, once totally melted bring the heat to medium and bring to a boil while continously stirring.
Once boiling, bring the heat to medium-low, stir constantly until the sauce thickens.  Once it achieved a maple syrup like consitency then you can turn the heat off ,don't worry if its still runny as it will be thicker once its cools down.
Place on a covered glass container and store in fridge.

How to make polvoron

Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour
1 ½ cup instant non fat dry milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter, softened
Additional ingredients(optional)
¼ cup ground chocolate cookies (such as Oreos, or other related brand)
¼ cup Milo or malted chocolate milk of choice
¼ cup crushed toasted pinipig (toasted rice flakes)
Instructions
1. In a big skillet or wok over medium heat, toast flour with constant stirring for about 15 minutes or until light brown. Remove from heat and transfer flour to a big bowl. Allow to completely cool before proceeding.

2. Add the powdered milk and sugar to the toasted flour and whisk until well combined. Add the softened butter and mix well using a pastry blender.
3. Divide mixture into 3 equal portions. Add ground chocolate cookies in one portion, Milo in the other, and pinipig in the last portion. Mix well.

4. Prepare pieces of parchment to wrap the polvoron.
5. Scoop mixture into the mold and compact it using a spatula or spoon (or press the mold against the mixture and pack with a spoon or spatula). Be sure that the mold is filled to the rim without gaps so it won't fall apart once gently released into prepared paper. Carefully wrap the polvoron and twist both ends of the paper to seal.

How to make peanut butter

If you are thinking about making peanut butter at home, it is easy to make for your starting business or for your own bread..

Measurement for business
What You Need
1kilo of peanut
1cup of oil
1/2 kilo sugar or other sweetener

Measurement for not business, makes about 1 cups or more
Ingredients
2 cups (16 ounces) raw, shelled peanuts
1/2 teaspoon salt,
1-2 tablespoons cooking oil
1-2 tablespoons honey or other sweetener

Equipment

Baking sheet
Heavy Duty Peanut Grinder Machine and for small amount of peanut you can use Food processor or blender,
Spatula
Container with lid

Instructions
Roast the peanuts: toast the peanuts on a baking sheet until lightly golden and glossy with oil, about 10 minutes. You can skip this step if you prefer raw nut butter or if you're using pre-toasted nuts; roasting gives the peanut butter a deeper flavor and also helps make the oils looser and easier to blend into a smooth butter.
Pulse the peanuts until ground: Transfer the peanuts to a food processor or blender. If you toasted your nuts, do this while the nuts are still warm. Pulse a few times just until chopped. → For chunky peanut butter, remove 1/2 cup of chopped nuts and set aside.
Process for 1 minute: Run the food processor or blender continuously for 1 minute. Stop and scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl. At this point, the peanut butter will look gritty and dry, almost like couscous.
Process for 1 minute: Run the food processor or blender continuously for another minute, then stop and scrape down the sides. At this point, the butter will start clumping together. It's not quite peanut butter, but it's getting there!
Process for 1 minute: Run the food processor or blender continuously for another minute, then stop and scrape down the sides. At this point, the butter will be glossy and soft, like very thick peanut butter.
Add the salt, oil, sweetener, and any other extras: Sprinkle the salt, oil, sweetener, and any other extras over the top of the peanut butter.
Process for 1 to 2 additional minutes: Continue processing the butter until it becomes completely smooth. Homemade peanut butter will still be a little more gritty than Skippy peanut butter, but should be spreadable at this point. Taste and add more salt or other add-ins to taste. If you reserved some nuts for chunky peanut butter add them now and pulse a few times to incorporate.
Transfer the peanut butter to storage container: Scrape the peanut butter into a storage container, cover, and refrigerate. The peanut butter can be used immediately and will keep for several weeks in the fridge.
Recipe Notes
Don't use blender contentiously it cannot handle more amount of peanut.
Using Toasted Nuts: You can also use nuts that come pre-roasted from the store. I still like to give even pre-toasted nuts a quick trip through the oven to warm them up and help the oils loosen up.
Other Kinds of Nuts: You can absolutely substitute any nut you like in this recipe. The method is exactly the same for making almond butter, pistachio butter, or any other kind of nut butter
